Button Type Load Cell LCB10 is made from stainless steel based on proven strain gage technology to provide analog output signal in mV proportional to the force applied. Utilizing diaphragm structure, compression load cell LCB10 features a convex load button with a curvature on the top of the transducer to maintain the highest possible level of accuracy, by minimizing the contact with loading provisions, the button's spherical shape transfers the load evenly over the sensing area, compensating for potential misalignments. With a 700 ohms wheatstone full bridge, model LCB10 consumes around 50% less current than a traditional load cell with 350 ohms resistance, this is valuable for applications that are battery powered or are embedded in tight spaces where heat generation could be an issue. Four threaded holes allows the part to be securely mounted to a solid surface from the bottom. Available in a wide range of standard capacities from 100kg through to 10ton, compression sensor LCB10 is ideal to be used in micro-component assembly tools and machinery, press machines, clamping force measurement and industrial process control field.
