High temperature load cell LCBH is made from stainless steel based on proven strain gage technology intended for compression force measurement applications up to 120°C. Button type load cell LCBH utilizes diaphragm structure and features a convex load button with a curvature on the top of the transducer to maintain the highest possible level of accuracy by minimizing the contact with loading provisions, the button's spherical shape transfers the load evenly over the sensing area, compensating for potential misalignments. For secure installation, the LCBH features four threaded holes at its base, allowing it to be firmly mounted to a flat, solid surface from below. This secure mounting method ensures that the load cell remains stable under heavy or variable loads, enhancing measurement accuracy and reliability. Rated capacities are available in 100kg, 200kg, 500kg, 1t, 2t and 5t, rugged design makes it suitable for dynamic load measurement. Compact load cell LCBH is ideally suited for high temperature compression force measurement applications where ordinary load cells are not suitable.
