Slip-ring Shaft Torque Sensor RTS06 is designed to measure rotating drive torque using a shaft-to-shaft configuration for in-line placement, it can be easily mounted between power axle and load shaft through couplings. The signal transmission between the rotating strain-gaged shaft and the fixed outer body is done through slip rings. Rated capacities are available in 0.1Nm, 0.2Nm, 0.5N*m, 1Nm, 2Nm, 3Nm and 5Nm intended for both static and dynamic torque measurement in clockwise and CCW direction. The mV/V output enables it compatible with standard strain gauge instruments like signal conditioners and display units which are also available at LCS. Dynamic torque transducer RTS06 is recommended for applications with rotating speed no higher than 3000RPM, model RTS06 offers an excellent torque test solution for extruders, mixers, fans, blowers, reels, servo motors and other rotating structures.
