Slip Ring Shaft to Shaft Rotary Torque Sensor RTS07 is designed to measure rotating drive torque in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction with rated capacities available in 10Nm, 20Nm, 30Nm, 50Nm, 100Nm, 200Nm, 300Nm and 500Nm. Dynamic torque transducer RTS07 utilizes slip rings for signal transmission between the rotating strain-gauged shaft and the fixed outer housing. The keyed shaft located at each end of the transducer enables it to be conveniently connected with power axle and load shaft through couplings. Rotary torque meter RTS07 is applicable for both static and dynamic measurements with rotating speed less than 3200RPM. It adopts a wheatstone full bridge configuration to deliver mV output, and can be equipped with signal amplifier or digital readout which facilitates signal processing. Typical applications of model RTS07 include container closure torque testing, material folding test, dynamometers, automation process control and so on.
