Donut Load Cell LCD01 is specially designed for applications requiring a central thru-hole for the load structure to pass through. Washer type force sensor LCD01 is made from stainless steel with an inner hub that allows the load to be transferred through it. The outer diameter has a hub on the bottom base, where the unit is to be supported. Annular load cell LCD01 consists of a wheatstone full bridge with symmetrically placed strain gauges, which allows customers to mount the transducer in different rotational patterns, orienting the sensor to suit their structural design without compromising measuring accuracy. Mounted between flat and parallel loading surfaces, load washer LCD01 measures the compression force applied axially and perpendicularly to the entire surface. Compact size with low height, this enables it to be deployed into space-constrained applications.
