Miniature Washer Force Sensor LCD02 features a low profile, smooth thru-hole design for use in applications which require the load structure to pass thru the sensor. Model LCD02 consists of a wheatstone full bridge with rated capacities available in 50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1kN and 2kN. Through hole load cell LCD02 is made from stainless steel with an inner hub that allows the load to be transferred through it, the outer diameter has a hub on the bottom base, where the unit is to be supported. Mini hollow type force transducer LCD02 can be mounted between two flat surfaces bearing on its loading rings in different rotational patterns to adjust the sensor to suit existing structure and measures the compressive force applied axially and perpendicularly to the entire surface. The miniature size makes LCD02 ideally suited for in-line applications with tight and limited space. Typical applications are such as overload detecting, clamping force measurement and assembly machinery.
