A: We support Bank transfer and Paypal.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: MOQ for most models is 1 piece, some models require a MOQ of 2~10 pieces.

Q: How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

A: The shipping date varies from 24 hours to several weeks depending on the specific order.

Q: What is your shipping method?

A: We mainly use DHL and FedEx, sometimes by sea for bulk orders.

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship worldwide from China.

Q: Do you offer customized services?

A: Yes, the tailor-made service is available for our load cells, force sensors and torque transducers.

Q: Can you put our logo or part No. on the products before shipment?

A: Yes, our products can be shipped unmarked or with customer-specified labels. 

Q: Do your sensors come with calibration certificates?

A: Some models provide calibration certificates by default, some don't. In-house calibration certificates are available for all models upon request.

Q: What are your warranty terms?

A: LCS offers a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects on all products since the shipping date.

Q: What does “Rated output” mean?

A: Rated output refers to the signal produced by the load transducer at nominal force, normally expressed in mV/V. Example: Compression sensor with 2.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 5V DC, the output range will be 0…10mV.
