Micro Compression Load Cell LCF03 is made from stainless steel based on mature strain gauge technology, consisting of a wheatstone full bridge, LCF03 outputs mV signal proportional to the force/load applied. Rated capacities available are 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 50kg, 100kg and 200kg intended for compression force measurement, the compact size with only 15mm outer diameter enables it to be deployed in applications with confined space. Miniature force transducer LCF03 features flange-to-flange mounting with 2 threaded holes on the bottom for securing the sensor to a solid surface, the other 2 tapped holes on the top can be used to mount adaptive tools to suit different loading conditions. Mini compression load cell LCF03 is able to deliver maximum 0.3% non-linearity of the full scale despite its small size, typical applications include robotics, hardness testers, press-in force measurement, end-of-line test equipment and industrial process control.
