Contactless Rotary Torque Sensor RTS02 is designed to measure rotating drive torque using a shaft-to-shaft configuration for in-line placement, it can be easily mounted between power axle and load shaft through couplings. The signal transmission between the rotating shaft and the fixed outer body is contactless through coils without any mechanical contact, which makes torque meter RTS02 more durable and maintenance-free. Rated capacities are available in 5Nm, 10Nm, 20Nm, 30Nm, 50Nm, 100Nm, 200Nm, 300Nm and 500Nm for torque measurement in both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. Dynamic torque transducer RTS02 is capable of measuring rotating speed up to 8000RPM thanks to the integrated speed encoder. Both torque and speed channel outputs 0-5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal proportional to the applied torque/speed for easy signal processing. Typical applications of model RTS02 include electrical generator efficiency measurement, motor test bench, closure torque testing and automation process control.
