Rotary torque meter RTSB consists of a rotor and a stator, the strain gauges attached to the rotor detects the torsional force between the front and rear flanges and converts it into a millivolt level analog signal, which is then collected by the stator in a contactless manner and further processed to provide a 0-5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output proportional to the torque being measured. The unique design allows the torquemeter to be bearing-free, therefore, there is no wear and tear during use, making it a durable torque measuring device for industrial applications. Rated capacities of flange torque sensor RTSB are available in 50Nm, 100Nm, 200Nm, 300Nm, 500Nm, 1000Nm, 2000Nm, 3000Nm, 5000Nm and 10kNm for torque measurement in both clockwise and counterclockwise direction with rotating speed goes up to 15000RPM. The space-saving short design makes RTSB series particularly suitable for applications with limited axial installation space.
